I am advertising in the hopes that you have a rental available and or can help us to find a rental object in the Manchester/ Stoke-on-Trent/ Birmingham area, beginning about 01. April 2009, preferably a terraced home with a small yard, unfurnished, two bedroom. We would be interested in a one-year lease/rent, and the rent should be around £350.00 - £400.00 per month (would like to keep the costs down until we buy a house).

After 24 years in the USA we sold our house and property and recently returned to Germany, we are German/ EU citizens. We had to move to Germany first instead of directly to the UK (which was our wish), due to our inside cats needing an EU passport first. We had the blood testing etc. done and are free to enter the UK at the end of March, 2009.

Renee has worked for many years in the USA as a paralegal in top Law Firms and I had my own successful Courier/ Expedite business. We both intend to work in the same field in the UK.

We will be coming up to England sometime in February 2009 to look at rental properties in or around the Manchester/ Stoke-on-Trent/ Birmingham area. We will be working in Manchester and in Birmingham so the Stoke-on-Trent area would be perfectly situated in the middle.

Once we get situated in or around Manchester/ Stoke-on-Trent/ Birmingham, we would like to find a small, inexpensive cottage or house that needs fixing up and repairs. Maybe you may also know of someone that might possibly consider owner financing with a substantial cash down payment.

Please let us know if you may have or be able to help us find a rental property, beginning around 01. April 2009.
